    Hi Everyone

We just wanted to give you guys a quick update in regards to some of the goals we listed earlier on. So we have started designing and prototyping our new line of plush toys. Just like we promised, you’ll be able to take home with you your very own Stinky the Pig plush in 4 variations. We’ll keep it a little hush for now in relation to which versions we will have available – just to keep you in a little suspense. We’re very excited to see the finished product.

On another note, Stinky will soon be travelling to Malaysia. He will soak in the warm Asian weather, and also see some of the picturesque scenery the country has to offer. We will tell you all about the trip when he returns. There are times where I start to wonder how Stinky can travel so much. I mean, he has been to more places than me!

Before I finish up, I was trawling through our web page and some of the stories really brought back some fond memories. Having read it a while after writing it, it really did put a smile (even a little giggle) on my face. Here’s one that I particularly like:

Have a read through this story and all the others as well. And just as a reminder, there is also our 4Kids section. It might save all you mummies and daddies out there some time by keeping the kids occupied.

That’s it for now. We’re excited with what is happening. We will be able to show some progress very very soon. Until then, please take care of yourselves.

There was only one thing Stinky was afraid of, and that was being stuck in one place forever. He was an adventurer, a traveler, a resident of the world. He wanted to explore the world – the more he saw, the more he wanted to see (if you get his drift).

So how does this compare to all of you? All of you who are young at heart, have you ever felt as though you haven’t seen enough? I know I do. When you think about it, the only thing that stops you from doing it is… you! Please don’t get me wrong. We don’t condone irresponsibility. But what we want is to let you know that some things that seem so far out of reach are well within grasp. Put your mind to it, plan, and execute.

Excuse our ramblings, they’re just random thoughts. If it does inspire you to do something different, let us know how you go. Take care.

As the title may suggest, holidays are over. Firstly, let us apologise for being absent. We hope that you have all been well. We wanted to write and let you know about some exciting things that are coming this year. Sometimes ideas and goals get left by the wayside when you dont put pen to paper and make them clear. So we thought we would share them with you so that we can remember them, and that you can hold us accountable.

    Here goes:

    1. Stinky the Pig plush toys were sold out. These will be back and expect some other variations too

    2. We will publish our first childrens book called The Adventures of Stinky the Pig

    3. We will post more regularly on our website

    4. We will publish our first adaptation of Stinky the Pig in Chinese!

    5. We will release a smartphone game

    6. We will have a set of Stinky the Pig inspired emoticons

I know some of the goals listed may seem a little farfetched, but somehow things just seem to work when you put your mind and effort into it. So heres to a fantastic 2015. We will make our dreams for Stinky the Pig come true will you make your dreams come true too?

    Stay tuned and take care.

Hey guys! We know it has been a while since our last post. We could sit here and give you reason after reason explaining what we have been up to, but who really wants to listen? We’ll skip the boring part and just get to the point. WE MISS YOU! Let us use the age old cliché and hope that distance (or in this case time) makes the heart grow fonder. We hope that you have all been well and that you are still doing what you can to make others smile.

We’ve had some time to reflect and think about what type of impact this first post would bring. After such a long hiatus, it is only fair that we give you something good. So we’ve worked with some people and decided that a melody or song would bring a smile to your dial. So without too much suspense, here is a little rap we prepared about Stinky the Pig. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Have a listen (press the Pink Play button) and tell us what you think. Till next time, stay happy and safe.

Try to Rap or Sing along:

Life is complicated you might not get what you want
just got to keep searching and you’ll find it on your hunt
Stinky The Pig will bring the love and make you smile
and show you how make everything in your life worth while
Now Stinky he used to live on a farm
he had a friend named Cheesy, who has a charm
but Stinky had to leave, he loves adventures
The adventures have so much splendor
Stinky the Pig likes to eat pumpkin cakes
To eat one up, he’ll do whatever it takes
Now it doesn’t matter if you’re old or young
everyone on the Earth can relate to this song
Now let us share the warmth and happiness with you
We have gifts, toys, shirts and even frames too

    Never too late!

Have you ever heard people use the saying ‘You can’t teach an old dog new tricks’. This saying has always baffled me. It’s like someone just woke up one day and decided to generalise against humanity and set limitations on pretty much everyone that ever existed. You hear countless stories of individuals achieving their life goals not whilst they were young and bold, but rather when they were older with experience and wisdom. This just goes to show that no matter where you are in your life, change (for better or worse) is possible. Yet somehow, most never dare to try. They wake up each day and dread going to work – too many deadlines, too much pressure, not paid enough money! They dream about their dream job but will never do anything about it. It’s kind of sad how society can trap you like that. I’m sure everyone has a thousand million interesting and imaginative things playing on their mind – ready to be unleashed in full force. All I say is – Dare to try. Why not?

And I say all this because recently I did something that could possibly change the direction of my future. And for this I am quite nervous and proud because I’m trying to do something different. It’s not always an easy decision to make and it’s not easy with the everyday pressures you have. But the paths are there for us to walk – but it really is up to us to take that first step and walk it. There needs to be a sense of adventure in life. Go out there and find your own adventure. Who knows, you might even enjoy yourself and have the time of your life.

    stinkythepig window 450x298 Birthday Wishes

    stinkythepig admiring the window view

So today, it seems, is a special day. It is my birthday you see, and I was fortunate enough to receive many blessings from those kind enough to. I am deeply grateful and wish you good tidings for a wonderful future. But I don’t want to make it seem as though I live for this moment. We age and get a little older year by year. And although there is little we can do about it, I find it a lot more rewarding and worthwhile when we share a little bit of our heart and soul with the people you meet. Because life is not about celebrating one day, but rather celebrating what we do between our birthdays that really count. Who have we helped? Who have we inspired? Who have we motivated? Who have we touched? That seems a little more rewarding than blowing candles from a cake. And lastly, to my family, friends, acquaintances and strangers – I thank you all for the long and brief moments we shared. You have made me who I am today.

    A Mother’s Love

stinky in singapore 1 Medium 337x450 A Mothers Love

    A Mother’s love

A mother’s love is hard to compare. Many people make the mistake of trying to remember all of the times our mothers were there for us. And no matter how many things you can think of, there would be a myriad others that never crossed your mind. We remember experiences but we will never understand the sacrifice. Those tears shed behind closed doors, the struggles, the responsibility, the love.

I come from a family where it is very difficult for my parents to show love. They would melt and turn all gooey when they play with their grandchildren. But when it comes to their grown up kids, it almost seems like it is all business and no pleasure. Nonetheless, I always try to remind my siblings that our parents are not your typical TV parents. They sacrifice without saying a word. They provide without showing the struggle. They make sure their children grow up as disciplined human beings. Most importantly they show love in their own unique way.

And just a friendly reminder – please don’t always wait for special occasions to show you care. Someone once taught me you should always show love to those who deserve it every single day. We may forget at times but always strive to be your best. So with a grateful heart I would like to wish my mother (and all mothers) a very happy Mother’s Day.

    I am OK!

    I am ok 450x133 I am OK!

    I am ok!

Some of you may be wondering when the last time something was posted on this site. And some of you may also be wondering what happened to me? And some may be wondering whether Stinky has gone on holidays. And some… well… will continue wondering because wondering is free and wondering is fun and wondering is something that the most successful people in this world constantly do. Dreamers are the ones that turn the ‘this is not good enough’ into something that ‘can be improved’ which in then turns into success.

I’d like to apologise once again for my mysterious and sudden disappearance. This time though has not been because of sickness. It is almost completely opposite. I have been investing a lot of my time trying to get fit. Why you ask? Well fitness has always been very important to me however, there have been times where I would let myself go and lead a life that most would deem unhealthy. The difference this time is that I have surrounded myself with likeminded people who also want to invest in their fitness. We train most days and push ourselves each time to achieve a level of fitness we did not possess the day prior. It has been a rewarding journey so far; not because of my own progress, but it is the progress of the group that inspires me to keep on going. I encourage each and every one of you to challenge yourself to include fitness into your lifestyle. You won’t regret it!

I promise to get back to providing you guys with something to read. This long silence won’t happen anymore. There are some exciting things coming up too. We will keep you informed as it comes along. In the meantime, stay healthy and positive!

Would you do the same if it were you?

So I’m a self-confessed YouTube-aholic. I watch it more than I do the television. It’s on-demand TV to the taken to that next level. Some of the things you come across can at times make you laugh till your pants fall off, cringe till gooseprickles cover your entire body, scare you to your wits end, inspire, motivate, invoke sad and make you smile. So it is always refreshing to come across a clip that touches your heart and makes you think about all the things you ‘could have’ done and what the outcome may have been if you had. I’ll stop here for a moment and just let you watch this short 3 minute clip.

So what did you guys think? One of the things that really got to me the most was the judgment of your good deeds by others. At times people will look down upon you for helping people who they deem not worthy. And yes, in some cases you may not even know what your good deed would lead to – but it is a chance you take. On one hand they may never change yet on the other, miracles can happen. The part that really got to me the most was when he stood there looking at the little girl in school uniform – it nearly brought me to tears. Let’s forego our fear of judgment from others and just learn to do what feels right. One small deed after another is what makes all the difference.

Did anyone call for a real doctor?

DOCTORMEME 410x450 Did anyone call for a real doctor?

The reason I posted this picture is because I am sick. I am a recovering sick person. I had (and possibly still have) high temperature and am constantly coughing. So what happens when a relatively fit person, who watches what he eats, gets sick? Everyone around you starts to question how relative keeping fit is to how healthy you are. But I guess this is something quite normal. We are trained from a very young age to look for flaws rather than perfections. But catching a virus borne from contagion or having the odd increase in temperature just goes to show that we are beings made of flesh.

So I just wanted to apologise for the lack of presence. I will be back in action very, very soon! In the meantime, look after yourself. And if you are unwell, please don’t go to school or work. Although sharing is caring; sickness is one thing best kept contained. Speak soon!
